Firstly, i called AirTron as they installed the HVAC in my 2 year old home and was told the warranty would not cover fixing the issue (without even knowing the root cause). I was disappointed by their customer service and their unwillingness to understand what we were experiencing. Went to yelp to find a company that had good review and found Rescue Air. Sent a message through yelp and the owner (Joshua) messages me back promptly asking for further information. My call was handled by Kimberly and she was very understanding and respectful. She took her time to understand the issue i was experiencing. She scheduled  a technician the next day.I get a call from Kimberly confirming that the tech would be at my home soon. She also worked with my schedule to ensure i was home during the maintenance. Justin (Technician) showed up to my house in time. He listened to the issue i was experiencing and quickly diagnosed the root cause. The plenum that controlled the air distribution had a big hole. I called AirTron and explained the issue with Justin's help to see if they had warranty on the workmanship. Their response was a very rude "NO". Justin was able to fix the issue quickly and restore the heat at our home. He took his time and explained the fix. We also went ahead with club membership.

I've got a 7 year old HVAC system. On top of that it's a two stage system. This requiresa little bit more training than your standard basic unit. I made the call and I was met with a very friendly and courteous receptionist/scheduler who got me the best time available and kept me up to date with the technicians schedule. We have a 18 month girl who naps around 1:30. They were able to accommodate her naptime needs and get us an earlier appointment. Dean and Blake showed up... and placed shoe covers on their feet prior to taking one step into our home. They laid out a floor mat to ensure their presence didn't dirty up our home I had a pressure controller that needed to be replaced. At least that was what the error code said. But before they replaced the part, they spent 30-40 minutes verifying that it wasn't the control panel or a blockage in the exhaust vent. They asked if I had any roof work done. I told them about 6 months ago. After going on the roof and checking the vent to make sure the roofers didn't damage it, they came down and ordered the part. I wasn't worried their "due diligence" was an hourly pay rate scam. Dean informed me that Rescue Air, has a flat rate fee. So they make sure it's fixed right. No matter the time to troubleshoot correctly. And if they did make an error, they would credit this visits cost to the next visit until the unit is working correctly. After replacing the part, you could tell they made sure the repair was the correct one. I trust these guys/gals to come and work on the house even if I wasn't home. It was nice to know if my wife was making the repair call, that she wouldn't be taken advantage of. PM me if you have any questions about their work or my experience. Michael was very personable and patient! He took the time to answer all of our questions and showed both me and my husband how to change out the filter in our new home. We also liked that he was thorough, conservative in his diagnosis, and was not trying to sell us new equipment that we did not need. We will contact them for our future HVAC needs!

Awesome experience! Crazy to say that about a call out for HVAC problem but so true. Very professional, kept me up to date on progress and even offered me a coupon I didn’t know about. Thank you Tim and Justin - greatly appreciated
