Great experience from start to finish! I had my Furnace and Air Conditioner replaced on the same day. It was easy to set up appointments. They were always prompt and professional. The installation started when they said it would, and everything went smooth so they even finished a little early. No surprise or hidden costs, and I felt they were sincere and honest the whole time. I'm really happy with my experience. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. I will also recommend them to anyone looking for similar services.

My furnace died unexpectedly, and Oasis was one of the companies I called for a consultation/quote on a new furnace. Oasis was actually the first place to give me a call back - on a Saturday! - to set up an appointment. I met a few days later with Hani. He was great chatting with me about my options, his recommendations, and answering all of my questions (both at the meeting and any follow-up questions I had). Overall, great customer service. I really appreciated that Oasis had experience installing American Standard furnaces, which is the brand I was hoping to go with. Unfortunately, based on finances I wasn't able to move forward with Oasis, but I definitely plan to keep the company in mind for future seasonal checks or repairs (when I have more time to plan for them!).

Oasis Heating & Cooling is unbelievably great -- 5+ stars for both their customer service and expertise. We own a 4-flat which has separate AC and furnace units. Unlike other HVAC companies that upsell you and then don't deliver (avoid TDH Mechanical at all costs), Oasis truly worked to save us money at their own inconvenience. Manager Hani was awesome and showed up as promised (convenient text from company notified me he was running a few minutes late) only to suggest I should shut off the unit for 24 hours so he could more accurately diagnose the problem. He made himself completely available to work around our schedule the next day and again, he was there as promised. He completed the job recommending the lower cost fix for the repair. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I want to recommend Oasis Heating & Cooling...especially their tremendously professional, timely, friendly and expert installation technicians Amir and Naem. They made an awful situation in blazing heat right with professional and credible installation of a brand new Bryant cooling system and compressor. Our air went out on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend and it was scorching. The company was out the next day to diagnose the problem and make the first available appointment to rectify the issues caused by our former HVAC guy (Dr. HVAC - do not ever use him as he is shady - lying to us that we were out of warranty and as the Oasis inspector that Saturday the worst installation of our previous unit he had ever seen). This was later confirmed by both Amir and Naem. I would definitely recommend this company as legitimate and highly professional unlike our last aforementioned Dr. HVAC (use him at your own peril - I am discussing what happened with the BBB as he refused to accept responsibility when we tried to go down that route). I do not anticipate any future issues with Oasis and our warranty and everything that they will do if we have any future issues. Again, try to get Amir and Nael if you need experienced and friendly installation technicians. They were both great in what was a nightmare situation for our family.

I sent the below review to the company to let them know how I felt about the service, and I received only a response that the message would be forwarded and nothing else. Long after my message to them and this terrible experience, they cashed my check for $135 service call... LAST WEEK. I had a good experience scheduling an appointment with Hani to come out for our A/C not working. Alex came out the next day (yesterday) and said there were several pieces burnt out. He let me know we would need a new HVAC. Alex took some pictures and then went back to his truck to call his manager for a quote. He returned with a quote of $7,500 and said they could come out tomorrow (meaning today) to install. I'm not really one to make snap decisions so I asked if he could provide me a hard copy of the quote and with the details broken out for me. He said he would have the office work on it. (approximately 12:00 PM yesterday) When I called back at 3:30 to see where the quote was, he said he never did it because I didn't call. When Alex left yesterday, I was instructed to call ASAP if I was moving forward. I said I wasn't doing anything until I saw the quote details as I like to make informed decisions. During my call, Alex said he would tell the office to email me a quote. Around 5:30, Alex texted and said the office was closed for the day and I wouldn't get it until today. Now it's almost 10am and I still do not have a quote with the detail behind the $7,500. In the meantime, there have been coincidentally two neighbors whose HVACs have gone out as well. I contacted my neighbors, followed up with the companies, and have received two other quotes, BOTH with the detail behind it in an email. Most importantly, these quotes are both for $2,000 less with reputable companies. I'm not really sure why receiving more detail behind a quote is really that hard of a task, when I'm assuming you do this all the time? Given the three times I've had to request this AND the cost being significantly more, I feel like someone was trying to take advantage of me, which I do NOT appreciate.
