I had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed someone to fix it ASAP. Ariel Services was very accommodating and I got an appointment right away. They called to let me know that they were on the way and got here when promised. They quickly identified the problem, ran out to get the necessary part, fixed it promptly and took the time to explain to me what happened. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Wanted to share the pleasant experience I had today, using Ariel Quality Plumbing. 4th of July, when no one else is working, my bath tub and toilet got badly clogged. I called and much to my surprise, Ariel Quality Plumbing were at my door 45 minutes later. The plumber was really nice and worked hard to clear the stoppage. I was expecting to get hit with the charge because of the holiday but he told me that they charge the same all year round. Over all, very good plumbing and customer service. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I moved to a new apartment in Manhattan, and discovered that my sink in the kitchen is leaking and to make things worse - the water in the toilet doesnt flush.. I found "Ariel Quality Plumbing" on line; called them early evening and they were at my place withing an hour. the plumber who came was very proffessional & courteous and explained to me all he had to do prior to performing the job - (and on top of that showed me exactly where the leak come from and so on,) The estimated price was reasonable & matched the totall bill i recieved. I would definitely recommend you using this company in case of need. Thank you "Ariel Quality"!!

Let me start this review by empathizing with John S. and David A. They are very curt on the phone. True. They take a long time to get to you True. They were also my only option and it worked out ok for me. I did have to wait for about 3 hours for them to get to my place. I called a few times and got a run around. Understand that I had no choice, my bathtub would not drain at all. Yuck. When they got to my place, the plumbers were very nice and apologized for being so late. They also got right to work. It turned out to be a big problem and they investigated it fully. They saw that it was turning into a building-wide issue and they stopped and got the super of my building. They helped me itemize the bill so that I wouldn't be stuck holding the bag for common charges. They tried everything they could (it is a much bigger problem). For that consideration, I give them 3 Stars. I probably would have been harsher on them but, so many places around me either (a) no longer in business or (b) not answering their phones.

I couldn't agree with David A more. Totally rude on the phone--answer the phone with a simple "Good morning," and then when I ask, "Uh, is this Ariel Plumbing?" they got all snippy and acted like it was the dumbest thing I could possibly have asked. But I was willing to overlook because they said they'd be there to do the job within 45 minutes. 2 hours went by. I called. They said they'd page the plumber and he'd be over ASAP. Another hour. Another call. Another promise. Another hour. Another call. Another promise. Yet another hour. Yet another call. Yet another promise. And still another hour. And still another call. And this time, I was told that, unfortunately, they'd have to reschedule for the following day. And then they never showed up at the appointed time. So I cancelled, much to their chagrin. I had no idea finding a decent trustworthy plumber was so difficult in this city. This is NOT the place to start. I think Vermont P. is a fake and works for the company and put up a fake review. I don't buy it. You shouldn't either.
