Couldn't help with my specific type of key but were extremely polite and had no problem diagnosing my issue/pointing me in the direction of another local business who could solve the issue!

Was having problems with the safe to open. They came within a half hour of calling them. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within seconds ( battery was dead). Cost more than anticipated , but the problem was solved.

I have been using their services since around 2004. Reliable, dependable, quality work that they stand behind. I deal a lot with storefront commercial doors and they definitely know what they're doing. I also go there to get keys cut because I've never had to get them recut-always right the first time. They also price-wise come in at less than the other locksmiths that service the same downtown area. Plus they call back and they show up on time. . . Wow! Isn't it so weird that we've gotten to a point where just good standard customer service has become mindblowing? Lol
