We only use Green cleaning products that are safe and non-toxic. The owner, Jeff, is still out there in the community, making sure the work is up to standard and cleaning his share of carpets too. Jeff's been in this business for over twenty years and the quality of his work reflects his experience. The business is run with integrity and the work is guaranteed. If you are not happy, we come back and re-clean at no charge to you for up to 30 days after the service was provided.

What a difference! Pacific Green duet came over a little over an hour ago, and my carpet is like new. They are well rehearsed and very efficient, have great conversation, went through the house top down, always keeping me updated of their findings. There is no truck or water hose running through the house. It's a manual process, with every step that your carpet needs to be cleaned: vacuum, brush, clean, fluff, brush. We have carpeted open stairs and they look perfect. The rug got a touch up too, lucky! I highly recommend them and will definitely call them first next year.

I am completely satisfied and pleased with the service that Pacific Green provided me. Brian was punctual, professional and thorough. My carpets came out cleaner than I had expected given the heavy traffic that they endure. 5 STARS!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Needed both my carpets and some furniture cleaned so did some research and came across PGC. Brian responded quickly to my inquiry and set up an appointment. Both Brian and his father Joe showed up on time and set to work. I can't say enough how great they were going over the furniture, finding a hidden stain that I never would've known was there and taking their time to make sure every corner was covered and cleaned. It was also delightful how Joe kept us entertained telling stories about Brian and his siblings as kids! I'm so happy with the job they did I don't need to look any further for when I need my carpets/upholstery cleaned. Thank you so much Brian and Joe!!

Great experience. We live in Aptos and contacted several carpet cleaners seeking a green clean at a competitive price. We have lived at our home for 5 years and this was the first time we have had the carpet cleaned I didn't realize that you need it done every 6-12 months. Anyhow, this was quick, affordable and no harsh chemicals for our dog or child.

Brian and Joe were fantastic. I was looking for carpet cleaning in our high-rise office, and they were the first ones I found who didn't need to be attached to their truck to do the cleaning. They came in the evening so as not to disrupt our work day, and there is no smell the next day! The carpets look beautiful. Our building management turned out to have extremely stringent insurance requirements and Brian spent soooo much time trying to produce exactly the paperwork that the building wanted. I actually figured he would give up on me, because the work wasn't worth it, but he stuck with me to get the job done. On top of that, they offered us a discount since we're a nonprofit. Couldn't ask for better.
