Agter paying $710.00 to clean my a/c and air ducts, my a/c closet door will not close properly, one if the staff service man went two times and was not able to fix the problem, I had 2 a/c's installed in the same closet, one for 30 yrs the replacement for 4 years and the door always closed properly, they suggested I change the existing door for one that can be installed differently, they did not offer to pay for the new door and installation. Manager never went to property to see if he could do better than his employee, cost to fix the problem they created $200.00 😡😡😡

This is my first Yelp review, and this company is very deserving of the 5-star rating I have stated. My wife and I were leaving at 10:00 AM for a flight, and woke up that morning to find our outside unit was not working. After checking the fuse box and the breaker next to the unit it became clear that this was something I needed help with, and fast! We were going to be leaving our pets for 5 days in the house, and without AC it was going to get very hot inside.
I called at 8:00 AM to request an emergency service, and Anthony at Spring Air adjusted a full work schedule of field techs and had someone at our house by 10:30 AM!! Even though we left at 10:00, the tech solved the problem and the office called me while sitting at the gate to let me know the problem was solved. Thanks to the professional staff at Spring Air I returned to a cool house.
Under the circumstances they could have really gouged me on the price, but stuck with the standard $90 diagnostic charge plus the repair cost which was very reasonable, especially considering our circumstances.
They have a customer for life and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality service with a personal touch.

I contracted with Spring Air for a system inspection / tune-up on February 3, 2016. This inspection included the interior air handler coils, drain pan, and replacement of the anti-fungus tablet. The technician completed the work and provided a completed checklist sheet stating he performed the work and inspected all areas. After the technician left, I noticed the front of the air handler had not been removed as dust was still on the screw heads and seams around the panel. Upon closer examination and removal of the panel by myself, I noticed the anti-fungus tablet had not been replaced and it was obvious the technician had signed the work off without performing the inspection or tablet replacement.
I immediately contacted the general manager and he assured me this was an innocent mistake. I do not agree as the technician deliberately signed-off each individual item inside the air handler (to include replacing the anti-fungus strip) and the purpose of the checklist is to act as a reminder of work to be completed.
Trust is a major factor when choosing a contractor.

I called for a thermostat install and asked them if they could come down a bit from their $165 charge (I'm 10 blocks away and $90 are for travel fee...), they said no and I agreed to their price anyways...
The manager called me back and said "so i heard you were questioning our prices!" And went off on some rant..he immediately hung up on me after that...
