Wilfred was really easy to work with and very responsive. I had him install a new gas water heater and, despite an issue with the gas line, he was able to come the next couple of days and fix it without question. He had to replace an extra piece of piping on his return visit but did not charge me extra because of the inconvenience it caused my tenant and I. Would recommend to someone who wants a professional and courteous install.

Wilfred was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process of fixing our boiler. He came out to my apartment three separate times to ensure the work was done, and done well. He was cordial and professional throughout the process and I appreciated his help!

I chose to hire this company because of the "reviews" and quickly realized I made a HUGE mistake. Please beware of this company, especially if your a woman who don't know much about heating, parts, etc. You will be taken advantage of. Wilfred called me after I inquired about needing someone to get my tenants heat up and running for the winter. He was very cordial on the phone. He told me that I would be charged a diagnostic fee of $150 to access any issues and that if it was easy to fix that I wouldn't be charged much more. He showed up to my house and told me that the main issue was that the emergency switches were on and that all he needed to do was turn them off. He also said one of the pilot lights for my boiler wasn't working properly, it wasn't holding the fire so the thermocouple need to be replaced. He said it would be an additional $85 for the thermocouple and an additional 110 to replace it. I quickly agreed because my tenants had been complaining and I wanted get the work done. He said he needed to purchase the part and then go back to replace it. Minutes later I got a text that the work was done and he was sending an invoice. I asked him to send me a receipt for the part so that I can show it to my husband. He then said he didn't purchase the part he already had one. My husband looked up the part online and the price for a thermocouple range between $8-$11. I asked him why would he charge me $85 for a $8 part and he said because he gets his parts out of town! So essentially he expected me to pay $400 for replace something that cost $8. I told him how unfair that was and thats when he began to insult me. He said obviously I am having financially issues, thats why I am asking him about his prices. That he didn't have to get out of bed for this. He told me to lose his number and that he doesn't want my business. 2 hours later my tenants began to call me again! Of course, they are still without heat and I have basically paid for nothing. Editing: based on the business owners response below. Yes I did pay one diagnostic fee. I told him that I had a 2 family house and wanted to get the heat up and running in both apartments. He never asked for 2 diagnostic fees. He said everything was good except of the one piece that needs to be replaced. He left the home saying everything is fired up and good to go. He never mentioned any of the detail below, which further proves my point. He likes to present himself in a certain way but isn't truly a professional. Yes I did not pay anything extra because the work was NOT done. Why would I pay you for a problem that you claim you fixed but my tenant is still not receiving heat? Why would you leave a job and tell the home owner it's done and it's not? Why would you charge someone 10 times more than what really cost? I Never argued, I simply asked a question. I guess you are used to making up prices and people are so desperate that they just pay it. And yes, I know my tenants have children, that why I called you for your service. However you are the person who ultimately left them in the cold and now I need to find someone more capable of doing the job. Here are the text messages

Alexanders is amazing! They did an amazing job and fixed our furnace in 20 mins when the last plumber who worked on our problem took 1 hour and couldn't figure it out. I consider finding Alexanders a gift and he will be my go to plumber moving forward.
