WORST AC COMPANY IN SOUTH FLORIDA.........I've had them out to fix my AC unit probably more than 15 times in 2 years! Its always a temporary fix, they never seem to fix anything that will last longer than 30 days. Total joke - Technicians obviously do not have enough experience or are trained well enough.

I worked for this company back in 2013-2014. During my time here I watched the owner Daryl use predatory business practice saying to Technicians to "Just say somethings broken, we need a sale out of this person" on multiple occasions. What's more I was fired on the day after Christmas for my flight home being cancelled, as i was seeing family for the holidays, due to a snow storm. Dan is a great guy but he doesn't do anything for the front end of the company, he's basically a very experienced technician. This place was toxic both for customers they dealt with and the employee's they had while I was there. There are plenty of HVAC companies in SoFlo, which are both cheaper and have better customer service. Do yourself a favor and go else where.

Yeah... I was in love with these people in May of 2015. They did a nice job on my install and they did when they said they would. Fast forward to today. Turns out the compressor coil has a hole (leak). They come out (for $85) and diagnose it. Then they tell me they can either "fix" it for $1500 or they can "replace" the coil (which the part is warrantied) for $1950 worth of "labor". I was floored. The unit is a little over 2 years old. To add insult to injury they wanted to charge me $90 per pound of refrigerant (410). The stuff sells for $5 a pound. I understand that they need to mark things up to earn a living. But from $5 to $90? For one of their own customers who ALSO referred people to them? I don't think so. The owner said that the going rate for 410 was $90 a pound. So I, right in front of the tech, called the most expensive HVAC company I knew. They said they charge $60. I can understand needing to make money, but the parts would have been free... and they installed it the first time. I tried to explain to them that they were way out of line, and I guess they're really busy and didn't seem to care. They got my $85. They won't get another cent. I don't trust them. If I had to do it again I would NOT use this company because I do not feel they stand behind what they sell and install. There are too many other HVAC companies in South Florida. Go elsewhere.
