This company is fan-friggin-tastic and I wouldn’t waste my time with any other roofing company in Miami. They came to inspect, suggest and give me a quote, just like three other roofing companies, before Istueta. Every other company told me to just replace the roof and it wasn’t worth the repairs. They all claimed they could never find the old roof tile and it was better to do all new tile.$$$$$$$$ Well, Istueta gave me a very, reasonable quote and even located and matched my existing tile, with a limited supply, they came across (even though it WAS discontinued). I agreed to the work, they started the very next week and completed the work, well within the originally promised time-frame! Wow, I never have been treated this well by any Miami-based companies. Frank Istueta (the company owner), personally, came to visit my home and called me several times, making sure I was satisfied with his company’s job-quality and satisfaction of the roof. Great company, great owner, great employees!!!! They have a client for life..👍

Called them to get a quote, I was told they’re to busy to take the job and got offer some other guy to do it. I got interrupted for a second by my kids and the person rudely enough hung up the phone. I would think twice about calling these people. Apparently they’re too busy to take another job so, why even bother to call. Thousands of company’s in Miami that can glue two tiles together with cement or foam.

Just had some repairs done on my roof by Istueta Roofing and I am more than satisfied with the quality, expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism. Everything from the individual that came out to scope out the job (FABIAN), all the way to the Roofer (ROGER) that came out to actually do the repairs. Excellent company, excellent employees, and most important....excellent work and follow up. I would highly recommend ISTUETA ROOFING to anyone looking to re-roof or repair the roof. The minute I need to replace my roof there are no doubts in my mind that Istueta will get the contract.
