I recently gave a call to get one of my properties looked at since one of the fan blades on the condenser motor broke off. I am out of town for the moment and know that these motors are not hard to replace and source. These guys quoted me 1205 dollars to replace a motor and fan. I was not happy with the price so I went digging for a replacement motor and fan and the total cost to replace in parts was 200 dollars. I kindly told the technician over the phone that I will gladly pay the diagnostic fee and he went on his way. I don’t understand how companies can overcharge a regular normal person outrageous prices to fix something that’s held on by 7-10 bolts and requires 30 minutes after all is said and done. If you get a quote from this company make sure you get a 2nd opinion because I’m sure it will be cheaper than his company Edit: I got a 2nd quote and got the fan and motor replaced for $400 dollars . If I was in town I would of done it myself but paying 200 for a service that was fairly easy was very reasonable

A different A/C repair company only wanted to replace entire unit due to its age. I sent them away and called AJ Warren.
