I had a brand new heat pump and a/c unit installed 7/17....one day install with the most friendly and knowledgeable staff! I called Alpha today due to my unit not blowing cold air...Steve(owner) answered the phone promptly and within an hour a technician was at my condo!..The most friendly curtious staff I have experienced in a long time! They sent someone out the same day, we were using them on a recommendation from a friend, to get a second opinion on our AC unit. They were very honest, explained everything to us and got us up and running the same visit. The other company told us we needed to replace the AC and Furnace, and couldn't do anything without that and quoted us extremely high. Alpha did explain we would need a new AC unit sometime soon, but quoted us for everything way under the other company. But got us up and running at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend as our friend did to us!
