1)The cleaning service was not thorough, it was just just ok, hence it wasn't worth it 125$. However, when I mentioned that they reduced the price to 100$(still overpriced though).2)The steam cleaning of the carpet was very good, the person very polite too. 3)Excellent communication, they replied immediately to my messages through email.

Not well trained. Takes too much time, chat too much and not efficient. Do things the wrong way and still not clean after finished. Will not hire them again.

Tried to book through the Yelp app. Everything was set up. I got the email confirmation (attached). But then I couldn't get anyone on the phone. So I emailed. Couldn't get a response back because the email account wasn't real. Very frustrating since I was trying to figure out if I would have cleaners at my house. After 5 or 6 calls and a failed email, I assumed the whole thing was a scam. I guess I was right because no one showed up at the appointment window. My advice to this business is to ensure your number, email address and Yelp bookings are legitimate. It's not good for your reputation to have appointments set up and no way for a customer to contact you.

The service was only ok but not worth the $150 I spent. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that's a little over 1000 sq ft. The price doesn't even include carpet cleaning. The sinks weren't well cleaned around the faucets. I'm not sure if the bathtubs were even cleaned. The inside of the fridge was well cleaned and even organized, but the outside of the fridge and inside of my cabinets weren't cleaned at all even though thy were empty (I had just moved back in after spending the summer out of state). Additionally, my wax melter was broken. It was nice of her to organize my desk and remake my bed, but I wish a better job had been performed. Would not use this company again.
